Identification of the parties and the liability for damages in the legal relationship of cruise tourism

When the travel agency signs a travel contract with the tourists in its own name and sells the cruise tourism products to the tourists, the two parties set up a package tourism contract. The cruise company actually provides the tour service, which is an auxiliary person who assists in performing the obligation of the package tourism contract.
