On the morning of November 16th, Shanghai Maritime Court held the fourth "Maritime Lecture Hall" in 2023, inviting Professor Fu Tingzhong from the Law School of Tsinghua University to give a special lecture on "Viewing China's Maritime Salvage System from the Perspective of Contracting Parties to the Convention on Salvage".  Member of the Party group and Vice President Hu Yongqing presided over the lecture.
