Recently, the Shanghai Maritime Court Changxing Island Dispatched Division successfully mediated a case arising from dispute over freight forwarding contract involving the export of epidemic materials between China and South Korea, helped the parties to rebuild business platform and open up cooperation channels for the export of epidemic prevention materials, which obtained greatly positive impact. The parties presented pennant and Korean commemorative plaque respectively, and expressed their gratitude to the maritime judges for their professionalism, patience in interpretation and efficient mediation, and praised the maritime judges for “judicial service for the people, fair and efficient”. (Translated by Han Yunfei)
