Lianyungang dispatched a court to respond quickly as the ship was about to complete the unloading operation and leave the port. Lianyungang prepared the arrest documents overnight and completed the arrest and evidence preservation work the next day. After obtaining the letter of credit guarantee, the applicant applied to the Shanghai Maritime Court for the release of the arrest of the ship.
