On August 23, Shanghai Maritime Court initiated a charter-party case filing for the plaintiff with Dalian Maritime Court through the “Mobile Micro Court” cross-jurisdiction case filing program. It was for the first time that Shanghai Maritime Court filed a cross-jurisdiction case as an auxiliary court since it accepted the China's first maritime cross-jurisdiction case as a jurisdictional court on August 13.
