On July 12, the 27th National Maritime Trial Seminar was held in Guangzhou. Luo Dongchuan, Vice President of Supreme People's Court, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The presidents, deputy presidents, directors of research office, heads of relevant divisions of ten maritime courts, leaders of appeal high people's courts and some paper authors participated in the Seminar. President Wang Tong of Shanghai Maritime Court, the heads of the Maritime Division and the Trial and Supervisory Division (Research Office) participated. Qiu Hao of Lianyungang Division won the third prize of seminar paper and made an exchange speech.
