Enhancing the ability to guarantee maritime judicial service

New site available for Yangkou Dispatched Tribunal of Shanghai Maritime Court

On June 8, Shanghai Maritime Court held an opening ceremony of the new office in Nantong, Jiangsu for its Yangkou Dispatched Tribunal.

Since its establishment in 2009, Yangkou Dispatched Tribunal has taken root in the coastal areas of Jiangsu and exercised functions both in trial and execution, effectively defusing social contradictions and disputes and servicing the local economic and social development of Nantong. An official of Shanghai Maritime Court said that the opening of the new site will provide better working conditions and foundations for the improvement of its maritime trial ability. It will also provide a more impartial, efficient and high-quality strategy for the integrated development of Yangtze River Delta and the performance of national strategies in that area.
