The year of 2016 was the beginning of the
construction for international maritime judicial center. And the key to this
construction is to improve credibility and international influence of China’s
maritime justice. “To promote justice by opening, to build credibility by
justice” is the inevitable choice for China’s maritime justice
.
In order to take a complete understanding
and supervision of the maritime trial work for the public, Shanghai Maritime
Court actively explored new ways of judicial publicity, and vigorously promoted the opening of trial process, judgment documents and enforcement
information. All these efforts, including improvement of judicial transparency,
creation of a website-blog-wechat
"three-dimensional" media platform, all-round display and opening of
court work, fast and convenient judicial services, won high recognition in the
society.
