Analysis of the Effectiveness of Payment Terms in Freight Forwarding Contracts

 

The principle of freedom of contract is the basic principle of contract law, and the commercial contract emphasizes the autonomy of the commercial subject. In the freight forwarding contract, the agreement that the person not involved in the case paying the debtor as the the payment condition of the debtoris the allocation of relevant risks by commercial subject according to the transaction, which reflects the autonomy of the partiesand which is legally binding on the parties.
